Senior Product Manager - Ad Exchange

The opportunity
Unity (NYSE: U) enables creators to build and grow successful games and real-time experiences. Unity’s Ads group enables creators and advertisers to turn games into businesses. We are looking for a seasoned product manager to join our Grow team to oversee our Ad Exchange product. In this role, you will own an end to end product with substantial revenues. Your customers are advertisers who try to find and acquire the highest quality users at scale on our networks. You will define the long term vision and strategy for the product as well as own hands-on execution. This is a senior PM role. The ideal candidate can work effectively with external customers, internal business functions, and engineering teams. They can think strategically but also understand the details and drive solid execution.

What you'll be doing

• Define, own, and deliver on OKRs that bring value to our customer.
• Work closely with product peers, design, business stakeholders, engineers, and data scientists to plan and execute the strategy of your product.
• Engage in hands-on Product Management tasks, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and ideation to implementation, and ultimately, feature evolution

What we're looking for

• 4+ years experience in product management or technical product management for an online Software company.
• Data savvy. Ability to analyze test results, dig deep into data, form hypotheses and make data driven recommendations.
• Solid track record of product management experience.
• Demonstrated success in bringing to market commercially viable products.
• Partnering closely with business teams.
• Creating a joint vision and strategy, creating alignment, and motivating sales and account managers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

• Understanding of the online ad tech industry
• Degree in computer science, math or related
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
