The representative is required to provide the most up-to-date information regarding Pfizer Israel products and their approved indications, in a manner that ensures proper and effective use and maximizes the business potential in the relevant territory. Objectives must be achieved in accordance with the ethical rules set out in the Representatives' Commitment to Ethics, Pfizer's Business Conduct policies, and the company's sampling policy.
Responsibilities
- Invest time and effort to achieve territory targets and goals such as sales, market share, physician calls, etc.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and excellent selling skills.
- Ability to work in a cross functional team, high coordination, and communication abilities.
- Demonstrate persistence to accomplish objectives despite disappointments and/or rejection of original efforts.
- Plan and organize daily sales call activities to optimize time utilization and maximize achievement of sales and market share targets.
- Use a hybrid mix of communication channels with customers, such as F2F calls, virtual calls (VCC, Teams, Zoom RTEs), webinars, and journals, as required and defined by the category strategy.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit sales updates in monthly reports (upon request of the Health Engagement Lead) for the territory.
- Identify changes in the working environment; develop and implement alternative plans to achieve objectives; and adjust call plans/business plans accordingly.
- Make day-to-day decisions based on logical, factual information after considering alternatives and their implications.
- Use available resources and invest in line with the business plan (all programs and events must have clear objectives and be accurate, truthful, and appropriate for their intended context).
- Create a positive impression with customers.
- Project a professional image, reflected in a neat appearance and appropriate manner of speaking.
- Maintain timely communication with the team manager and sales team members.
- Full compliance with the requirements set out in the Sales Representatives' Qualifications.
Requirements
- BSc in Life Sciences (or an equivalent qualification)
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries- experience in the field of cardiology is an advantage
- Knowledge of the local market
- Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical research.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Strong presentation skills, high digital capabilities, and fast learning agility
- Driving license - the role requires travel
