Product Delivery & Execution • Translates business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria • Monitors development progress and delivery timelines • Identifies gaps and charters new platform capabilities as required
Customer & Business Alignment • Supports customer research and applies insights to features • Uses competitive analysis to support prioritization
Decision Making & Prioritization • Makes feature-level trade-offs aligned with leadership guidance • Prioritizes backlog items based on value and feasibility • Escalates complex decisions when necessary
Data & Performance Monitoring • Uses performance metrics to improve feature outcomes • Tracks adoption, reliability, and feature health • Supports issue identification and root cause analysis
