Overview• Contributes to platform/product vision and roadmap aligned with broader organisational strategy • Applies the Working Backwards method to translate business requirements into product features • Works closely with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to create stories and features • Acts as a key contributor within a product area • Focuses on feature execution aligned with defined goals
Role
Product Delivery & Execution • Translates business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria • Monitors development progress and delivery timelines • Identifies gaps and charters new platform capabilities as required
Customer & Business Alignment • Supports customer research and applies insights to features • Uses competitive analysis to support prioritization
Decision Making & Prioritization • Makes feature-level trade-offs aligned with leadership guidance • Prioritizes backlog items based on value and feasibility • Escalates complex decisions when necessary
Data & Performance Monitoring • Uses performance metrics to improve feature outcomes • Tracks adoption, reliability, and feature health • Supports issue identification and root cause analysis
Collaboration & Cross-functional Work • Works with engineering, UX, and product teams • Coordinates with dependent teams for delivery alignment • Participates in feedback forums and discussions
Product Quality & Launch Support • Reviews product demos against acceptance criteria • Supports feature launches and readiness activities • Participates in post-launch reviews
Operational Responsibilities • Maintains product documentation • Supports issue triaging and prioritisation • Contributes to reporting and measurement improvements
People & Leadership Expectations • Acts as a strong individual contributor • Supports team collaboration and culture
