About the role

In the Senior Product Management role, you will join the BEES Fintech Core team, responsible for building the foundational services that power payment capabilities across multiple products. The team owns the platform that provides microservices and APIs used by different value streams, enabling seamless integration between frontend applications and back-office systems.
In this role, you'll work closely with Engineering, Solution Architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and evolve platform products that support scalable, reliable, and efficient payment experiences. This position is ideal for someone at the beginning of their Product Management career who is passionate about technology, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to build products behind the scenes that enable other teams to succeed.

What you'll do:

  • Define and prioritize product initiatives for platform capabilities focused on backend services and APIs.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Solution Architects to design scalable platform solutions.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear product priorities.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across engineering and business teams to align objectives and product roadmap.
  • Monitor product performance through metrics and data, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your product, ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of platform products that enable payment integrations across different systems and applications.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience in Product Management or similar product-related roles.
  • Understanding of APIs, microservices, and backend product concepts.
  • Ability to work with technical teams and communicate effectively with engineers and architects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and product mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Data-driven approach and goal-oriented mindset to support product decisions.
