Senior Full Stack / Backend Engineer (.NET Core, Angular, Rust, Cloud)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in C#/.NET Core, Angular (latest versions), and Rust for high-performance modules. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in building scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications using Azure/AWS, containerization technologies, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

This role requires strong architectural thinking, performance optimization expertise, and experience delivering enterprise-grade micro services in a fast-paced product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using C# / .NET Core
  
• Build modern, responsive UI applications using Angular (latest versions)
  
• Develop high-performance modules using Rust where low-latency processing is required
  
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs
  
• Design and implement micro services architecture
  
• Optimize relational and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability
  
• Build and deploy applications on Azure and/or AWS (PaaS & Serverless)
  
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate via Kubernetes
  
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
  
• Implement secure SDLC practices including code reviews, static analysis, and security scanning
  
• Ensure high availability, observability, and production monitoring
  
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality releases
  
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce engineering best practices
  

Required Technical Skills

Backend

• Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core
  
• Experience building high-performance systems using Rust
  
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles
  
• Experience with asynchronous programming and concurrency
  

Frontend

• Hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions)
  
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, and component-driven architecture
  

Cloud & DevOps -

• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS
  
• PaaS services
  
• Serverless architectures (Azure Functions / AWS Lambda)
  
• Docker containerization
  
• Kubernetes orchestration
  
• CI/CD pipeline implementation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
  

Databases

• Strong experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  
• Experience with NoSQL databases (AzureStorage , Redis, etc.)
  
• Database optimization and performance tuning
  

Architecture & Practices

• Microservices architecture
  
• Secure SDLC implementation
  
• Code quality standards and automated testing
  
• Logging, monitoring, and observability practices
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech / Capital Markets domain
  
• Experience working in multi-tenant SaaS architectures
  
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
  
• Event-driven architecture experience (Kafka, Service Bus, etc.)
  
• Knowledge of performance tuning and system scalability
