NVIDIA’s Vietnam R&D Center (VRDC), we are building the next generation of AI systems—moving from traditional software to agentic AI platforms that can reason, act, and continuously improve themselves.
As a Senior Product Manager / Product Engineer, you will define and drive Agentic AI products and platforms, bridging product vision with deep technical execution. You will work closely with development, analytical, and platform teams to transform early-stage innovations into scalable, production-ready systems that power real-world AI workflows across NVIDIA.
This role is ideal for a technical product leader and builder who thrives in ambiguity, understands complex systems, and is passionate about shaping how AI agents become impactful products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Product Ownership & Strategy: Define and drive the product strategy for agentic AI systems, including platforms, use cases, and ecosystem expansion.
- Product Development: Translate early prototypes into scalable, production-grade products and drive execution end-to-end.
- Agentic System Design Thinking: Shape products across data ingestion, reasoning, orchestration, and action loops with clear evaluation metrics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate alongside engineering, research, and infrastructure teams to align on architecture, priorities, and delivery.
- Technical Depth & Product Judgment: Make informed decisions based on deep understanding of system trade-offs.
- Execution Excellence & Metrics: Define success metrics and iterate based on data and feedback.
What we need to see:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical area (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in product management, software development, or related roles
- Proven experience building and launching complex technical or AI-driven products
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, AI/ML platforms, or large-scale software systems
- Experience driving 0→1 initiatives and scaling products to production
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence without authority
Ways to stand out from the crowd
- Experience building or productizing AI copilots, agents, or automation platforms
- Background as a software engineer or hands-on technical experience
- Experience scaling internal tools into production platforms
- Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks (accuracy, reliability, trust)
- Passion for building systems that combine AI, automation, and real-world impact

What We Do
NVIDIA’s invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI — the next era of computing — with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Today, NVIDIA is increasingly known as “the AI computing company.”
