Senior Product Development Manager at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

 

In this role: As Senior Product Manager for Tech Accessories, you will own the category roadmap and lead products from idea to launch — driving strategy, managing suppliers, and delivering results across the full product lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing teams to bring products to market that are high quality, on time, and built to sell. This role is for someone who thinks in categories, not just projects — and who knows how to turn market opportunities into business results..

 

 

-Own BURGA's Tech Accessories category roadmap and deliver against commercial KPIs

-Lead products end-to-end — from idea and business case through supplier selection, development, and launch

-Manage strategic supplier relationships, holding partners accountable on quality, timelines, and capacity

-Define quality standards and acceptance criteria; oversee testing process and resolve critical issues before launch

-Identify white space opportunities through competitive analysis, customer insights, and market data

-Prepare business cases using data and analytics to support investment and prioritization decisions

-Partner with marketing to define go-to-market strategy for new launches

-Collaborate cross-functionally to align on strategy and drive execution across departments

-Mentor and develop mid-junior team members within the product development team

 

 

-5+ years of experience in product development, with a track record of taking complex products from concept to launch

-Deep understanding of consumer hardware or accessories — you know what makes a product worth building

-Experience managing supplier relationships and navigating product development with overseas manufacturers

-Strong commercial thinking — you build business cases with data, not gut feel

-Proven ability to own a category roadmap and deliver against revenue and margin targets

-Fluent in English; clear and direct communicator across suppliers, stakeholders, and senior leadership

-Experience mentoring junior team members and raising the bar around you

 

SALARY: 3700 - 4700 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
