About Finkraft
Finkraft.ai is an AI-first financial-automation company. We turn the messiest layer of enterprise travel and tax — invoices, entity identities and indirect-tax recovery — into clean, compliant, recoverable data for large corporates and their travel ecosystems. We’re building the product that powers VAT recovery and e-invoicing for hotels, travel-management companies and corporates across the UAE and GCC.
Why this role exists
The onboarding and claim/VAT dashboard is the product’s first impression to hotels, TMCs and finance leaders — it has to feel like infrastructure, not a form.
This is data-dense, trust-sensitive, workflow-heavy product design, and right now there is no design function shaping it. You’ll set the bar: design the experiences that make Finkraft feel inevitable, and stand up the system the rest of the product is built on.
The shape of the role
Where you’ll be. Based in Bangalore with the build pod, designing for the UAE/GCC product. You’ll work close to the product and engineering teams and own design end to end — from research to handoff.
What you’ll own — roles & responsibilities
End-to-end UX. Design the hotel onboarding flow and the claim / VAT-refund dashboard — the core surfaces hotels, TMCs and corporates live in.
Design system. Stand up a design system (v0 and onward) so the product scales consistently as the build accelerates.
Prototyping & testing. Ship clickable prototypes and run your own user testing with real hotels and TMCs — validate before the team builds.
Developer handoff. Produce clean specs and partner closely with the product manager and engineers so what ships matches what you designed.
Data-dense clarity. Turn complex tax, invoice and claim data into interfaces people trust and can act on at a glance.

The track record we’re looking for
We’re looking for a designer who has shipped real, complex product — not a portfolio of mocks. Concretely:
Shipped B2B/fintech product. 6–10 years in product design with live, complex B2B, SaaS or fintech dashboards you can walk us through.
Data-density craft. You can make twenty fields legible — you’ve designed dense workflows without clutter.
Research in your own hands. You run your own user testing and can show how findings changed the design.
System thinking. You’ve owned or built a design system, not just consumed one.

Skills Required
- 6-10 years in product design with live, complex B2B/SaaS/fintech dashboards
- Proven experience designing data-dense dashboards and complex workflows
- Figma mastery and ability to ship clickable prototypes
- Run user testing and incorporate research findings into designs
- Owned or built a design system (versioned and scalable)
- Based in Bangalore and work closely with the build pod
- Fintech, tax, or travel product experience
- Light front-end literacy (understand build cost tradeoffs)
