Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve complex mobile and web user flows with a focus on growth and product impact
- Identify growth opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and validate them through experiments
- Create intuitive, scalable, and visually strong interfaces
- Maintain consistency across products and contribute to design systems
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics teams
- Use product metrics and user insights to drive design decisions and iterations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in product design (mobile-facing products preferred)
- Experience in growth, marketplaces, food tech, or ride-hailing is a strong plus
- Proven track record of working on complex, large-scale digital products
- Strong product thinking with the ability to influence business and product metrics
- Strong visual and UI design skills with attention to detail
- Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms
- Experience working with large-scale design systems
