Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Ryt Bank, you will help shape the future of the company by leading the creation of impactful and delightful user experiences that drive our products’ success. You will take ownership of larger, more complex problem spaces and help raise the overall quality of design across the team.
 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences, from early concepts through to final implementation, for key product areas.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems and translate ideas into intuitive and visually compelling designs.

• Utilize strong design thinking and problem-solving skills to create solutions that effectively balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

• Lead and participate in design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and user research activities to gather insights and validate design concepts.

• Utilize generative AI to build more advanced and interactive prototypes using Figma Make, Lovable, or similar tools, for validate ideas faster and communicate your solutions to the wider team.

• Provide thoughtful design feedback and guidance to other designers, contributing to a higher standard of craft and consistency across the product.
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong user-centred design and shipped product work.

• Strong proficiency in Figma as your primary design tool, with understanding of managing Design System.

• Solid understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and information architecture, especially for mobile application.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual, allowing you to confidently present, explain, and influence design decisions with cross-functional teams.

• A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to adapt and iterate designs based on new user insights or scope changes in fast-paced environment.
