We are looking for a Senior Product Designer for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Technology department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.
Requirements
What Makes You Special?
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile (iOS, Android) and responsive web
- Advanced expertise in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems)
- Hands-on experience with user research methods (usability testing, interviews, surveys) and data-driven design
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and iterative design processes
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive/adaptive design principles
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and willingness to leverage AI in design workflows
- Ability to balance business goals with user needs, creating functional yet delightful experiences
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with PMs, developers, and data analysts
- Ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
What Will You Do?
- Design end-to-end user experiences across mobile and web applications — from concept to hi-fi prototypes
- Translate business and user requirements into intuitive, elegant, and accessible interfaces
- Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate and optimize design decisions
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products
- Enhance product interactions with animations and micro-interactions using libraries or After Effects
- Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate design processes and personalize user journeys
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute design strategies
- Stay up to date with design trends, AI innovations, and UX best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
