We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our design team and help shape Riskified’s evolving product suite. In this role, you’ll lead design initiatives that empower our clients with greater transparency and self-service capabilities across our platform.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll drive design strategy and execution within your product domain - from early discovery and research to high-quality implementation. You’ll partner with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, data-driven, and user-centered experiences that bring measurable impact to our users and the business.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in complexity, takes ownership, and is motivated by solving meaningful problems in collaboration with others. You’ll bring craft excellence, systems thinking, and strategic perspective - setting an example for thoughtful design leadership across the organization.

• Take full ownership of your product domain - continuously monitor live experiences, test hypotheses, and iterate to improve usability and performance.
• Shape and influence product strategy - partner with PMs to define domain vision, translate business goals into product outcomes, and represent the voice of the user in every decision.
• Conduct and leverage user research - proactively gather feedback and usability insights at scale to guide design decisions and inspire a stronger user-centric mindset across teams.
• Design exceptional user experiences, from early flows and prototypes to polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Deliver high-quality designs efficiently, maintaining well-structured and communicative Figma files, ensuring clear handoffs, and partnering with developers through QA and release.
• Elevate Riskified’s design system, enriching it with new components, improving existing patterns, and ensuring design consistency across the suite.
• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and marketing partners, facilitating design discussions, resolving challenges, and aligning on solutions.
• Contribute to a strong design culture, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and intentionality in everything you do.
  

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally within a B2B or technology-driven company.
• Proven ability to design complex systems and workflows, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
• Strong strategic thinking - experienced in connecting design outcomes to measurable business and user goals.
• Deep expertise in UX and interaction design, with fluency in usability principles, heuristics, and modern design patterns.
• Strong visual design skills - you bring clarity, hierarchy, and polish that elevate product quality and inspire others.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including working with design systems, component creation, and documentation for scalable design processes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills - able to tell the story behind your work, influence without authority, and align diverse teams around shared goals.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability - from planning and prioritization to quality delivery and continuous iteration post-launch.
• Independent and proactive, capable of managing multiple work streams while identifying and resolving gaps within your domain.
• Experience mentoring and guiding other designers, contributing to team learning and elevating overall quality standards.
• Curious, thoughtful, and intentional in your approach - always learning, always improving.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance the design process - including ideation, research synthesis, workflow automation, or visual exploration.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
