About the RoleOur team is on a mission to solve complex challenges for the millions of people we serve every day. We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer with a passion for user-centered design and a strong product mindset to help us shape the future of our digital experiences.You'll take a leading role in your product area, working closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver exceptional value and drive our vision forward.What You'll Do* Lead the end-to-end design process for key initiatives, transforming broad, conceptual ideas into simple, elegant, and valuable solutions.. * Collaborate with your cross-functional team to guide the user experience from initial discovery and research through to launch and post-launch iteration.. * Craft high-fidelity mockups, design flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, and InVision to effectively communicate your design vision.. * Influence high-level strategy and product ideation, ensuring we are not only building things right but building the right things.. * Mentor other designers and champion a user-centric, design-driven culture across the organization.. What You'll Bring* 7+ years of experience in user experience or product design, backed by a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in visual design, interaction design, and user-centered problem-solving.. * A product-oriented mindset with deep knowledge of the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.. * Experience creating and contributing to design systems.. * Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate the rationale behind your proposals and navigate complex design challenges.. * A growth mindset: you own problems end-to-end, are comfortable with ambiguity, and approach challenges with a healthy balance of optimism and humility.. * Bonus points for experience conducting user research, facilitating design workshops, or public speaking..
