Why This Role Matters
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the user experience of Nava’s product suite. This isn’t just another design job. Nava has gone from zero to one, and now we’re building AI-first, AI-native experiences that redefine how people access and understand their healthcare. - Own design for a core product area from discovery through delivery.
- Design AI-first experiences that feel intuitive, human, and powerful.
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and benefits experts to simplify complex healthcare problems.
- Translate research into flows, interfaces, and patterns that scale across web + mobile.
- Advance our design system with coherent, aesthetic, and usable patterns.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, exploration, iteration, and production.
- Contribute to a culture of user advocacy, thoughtful craft, and continuous improvement.
- Senior-level designer with experience owning end-to-end product design.
- Strong in research, synthesis, and storytelling.
- Skilled in interaction design, visual systems, and prototyping.
