Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a talented and driven Senior Product Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our design team. In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end product design—from user research and concepting to prototyping and high-fidelity visuals. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, beautiful, and scalable digital experiences.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead design initiatives across web and mobile platforms from concept to launch
Translate product requirements and user needs into elegant and practical design solutions
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
Advocate for user-centered design and maintain design consistency across products
Contribute to and help evolve our design system and design best practices

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field
Proven track record of delivering intuitive and impactful user experiences
Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, visual design, and interaction design skills
Proficient with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
Solid understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility standards
Ability to translate complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions
Experience working in agile/scrum environments alongside cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bonus: Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or motion/animation tools

Required Skills:
3+ years of professional experience in product design, preferably in a tech/startup environment
Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI work across web and/or mobile applications
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Solid understanding of design principles, interaction design, and accessibility
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus: Experience with motion design, front-end development, or user research
