- Working as a self-directed member of a cross-functional team designing intuitive and elegant solutions to enhance the customer experience
- Leading the end-to-end design process from ideation to production
- Supporting product managers in setting initiatives, identifying growth opportunities and defining a product roadmap
- Writing clear and concise UX copy that is mindful of the context
- Influencing our design systems to improve product quality and consistency.
- 3+ years of product design experience with a focus on mobile platforms
- Experience designing complex features, attention to detail and ability to translate customer needs into actionable items
- Capable of seeing the bigger picture and seeking systematic solutions to maintain consistency of UX solutions
- Technical background and attention to product quality: ability to collaborate with engineers, understand technical constraints, iterate on solutions and fine-tune the result
- Excellent design skills and a clean visual sense
- Experience in crafting well-balanced animations and interactions to ensure interfaces feel natural
- Ability to be proactive: can move things forward, collect and assess relevant data, and prioritise initiatives
- Highly communicative and self-organised: can explain, clearly articulate design rationale and prioritise feedback to iterate rapidly.

- This is an office-based role located in Nicosia. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
