Job Title Sr. Product Designer

Locations: Waltham Mass. / Hybrid

Get To Know The Team: The Intralinks Product Management and Design team partners with research & development and product design to discover, concept, and realize innovative solutions in the mergers and acquisitions space. You’ll be part of a cross functional team of product and design experts that champions a connected user experience through all stages of product development. And as a member of the Product Management team, you will partner and collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success to create purpose-built products and offerings through active customer engagement initiatives (e.g. early adopter and design partner programs) to help shape our future roadmap.

What You Will Get To Do:

•    Collaborate across design, product management and engineering to discover and share project goals, objectives, and target users and help guide project direction.
•    Create user flows, experience maps, service blueprints, wireframes and prototypes that reflect team as well as Intralinks goals
•    Share and solicit input from stakeholders and users to ensure designs meet user and company goals
•    Advocate for the user and the solving of their goals and problems while balancing time and technology limitations to produce the best possible solutions. 
•    Conduct design workshops as needed with cross functional participants
•    Conduct user validation sessions as needed 

Key Success elements; In this role you are a driver of design innovation and user experience at Intralinks. You will partner closely with development and product management to drive projects through discovery, research, concepting, wireframing, user validation and development.  As a senior member of the design team you will share, collaborate and champion usability on all projects and give input to and help drive the implementation of the new Intralinks global style system and other design-drive initiatives.

What you will Bring:

Minimum Experience:
•    4-7 years of product design experience
•    Knowledge with agile, scrum, and success in integrating design with them
•    Experience leading projects and meetings with a diverse group of stakeholders
•    Experience with standard design tools – we use Figma 
•    Experience with design sprints and using other methodologies to solve our users’ challenges
 

Massachusetts: Salary range for the position: 130,000+ Bonus USD to 145,000 + Bonus USD. Other States Salary range for the position: 130,000 USD to 145,000 USD.
