Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at CSG you will play a key role in defining and refining our user experiences, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive and elegant solutions. You will be responsible for design initiatives from discovery to delivery, leveraging user research, data, and best practices to drive meaningful impact. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will:

• End-to-end design process for our payments and checkout products, from research to high-fidelity UI.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs that improve usability and conversion.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business goals and technical constraints.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in payments, fintech, and UX/UI design.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, related field or equivalent experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design within fintech, e-commerce, or payments

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving abilities

• Expertise in Figma (or similar design tools), prototyping, and usability testing

• Solid understanding of web and mobile design guidelines, accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and UX research methodologies

• Experience collaborating with engineers and product teams to deliver high-impact designs

• Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions

• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and effective microcopy

• Experience designing for compliance-heavy industries (e.g., financial services, payments)

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
