Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (remote) with deep and strong design systems expertise who can translate research into scalable UI solutions and document them for successful engineering implementation.

The candidate thrives on autonomy, takes full ownership of their projects, and delivers exceptional design work without the need for hand-holding. They must be equally comfortable auditing messy real world products, defining scalable visual systems, and applying research findings to scalable components and solutions.

• Own the end-to-end product design process for assigned initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Audit existing platforms to inventory components, patterns, and visual styles, identifying inconsistencies and opportunities for systemization.
• Define and evolve a cohesive, scalable visual language without altering established information architecture or core UX flows.
• Translate design principles and UX research findings into practical design tokens, components, and patterns.
• Build and maintain flexible, responsive, variant-based component libraries suitable for real-world engineering implementation.
• Modernize UI and improve perceived quality and consistency while preserving existing structure, hierarchy, and interaction models.
• Act as a bridge between research insights, UX intent, and UI execution.
• Produce high-fidelity visual designs, user flows, and interaction documentation that clearly communicate design intent.
• Document the design system to enable clear, accurate handoff and collaboration with engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years proven work experience in web product design: web applications, native apps, design systems.
• Portfolio of completed design projects
• Deep experience in design systems
• Excellent knowledge of Figma
• Superb knowledge of product design processes and web design
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• Experience presenting to creatives, strategists, and clients from concept to delivery

• Able to quickly adapt and learn new project workflows
• Self starter, but able to follow directions
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent phone manner
• Excellent written and oral English language skills
