Responsibilities

• Join the design team to output high quality product design solutions for web and mobile products
• Impact the design strategy and drive execution, build the best in class design practices, methodologies and systems in house with high quality design solutions.
• Collaborate efficiently with founders, product managers, engineers and marketing teams to maximize design impact and deliver optimal product experience to the customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design work in fast-growing tech startup, experienced in fast-paced startup speed and efficient output within a lean team.
• Experienced in building collaboration with other teams with effective communication that optimize the team efficiency while maintaining a high bar for design quality.
• Experienced in owning design initiatives including product experience, branding or marketing campaigns, hands-on delivering high quality design solutions
• Smooth and efficient team communication and collaboration, can align team quickly with goals and priorities and come up with satisfying design solutions to the team's challenges
• Good taste and standard of aesthetics, rich experience in visual design, insightful understanding of fundamental design elements like colors, fonts, textures and can compose consistent high quality interface design language fluently
• Technical understanding of front-end/back-end development with strong logic to lead the discovery of optimal design solutions with balanced pros and cons covering applicable edge cases
• Product thinking that takes business and customer goals into consideration, take responsibility for the end user experience
• Open-minded, self-driven, strong learner, constantly on the front edge of the industry and brings the latest insights to the team
