Manage a book of enterprise EMEA accounts (focus on French-speaking customers) as an independent contractor. Drive post-sale value realization, renewals, and expansion through outcome-oriented success metrics, business reviews in French, churn risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration while localizing playbooks and improving CS operations for EMEA.

Manage and grow online communities at HeyGen, focusing on engagement through Discord and Reddit, while creating campaigns and maintaining a safe environment.

Full-cycle, high-velocity commercial AE role focused on self-sourced outbound pipeline. Qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business for HeyGen web app and API. Collaborate with PLG, product, and customer teams, maintain CRM discipline, and sell business outcomes to marketing, sales, L&D, product, and technical stakeholders.

Lead design and operation of inbound and product-driven revenue systems: capture, enrich, score, and route leads; integrate product usage data with GTM workflows; rationalize GTM tooling; ensure sales receive decision-ready context and that workflows scale and remain auditable.
