Department Focus:
The Product Department at Deliverect is at the forefront of the digital ordering revolution, dedicated to consistently delivering groundbreaking solutions to the global marketplace. Our team of passionate and innovative engineers, designers, and product managers architect tools that empower businesses to thrive in the evolving digital landscape, streamlining digital ordering for delivery and on-premise services. We are committed to creating user-friendly, dependable, and scalable technology that simplifies operations and enhances customer experiences, playing an integral role in the success of businesses worldwide. In our department, innovation is not just a concept; it's the driving force behind everything we do.
Your Impact:
As a Senior Product Designer for Kiosk, you will end-to-end own and elevate the guest-facing ordering experience across thousands of global restaurant locations. By combining exceptional interaction craft with strong product sense, you will define the product roadmap, design intuitive interfaces, and directly drive key guest funnel outcomes like completion rates, average ticket size, and ordering speed.
This is a contract, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Paris office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
What you will do:
Set the multi-quarter design vision and end-to-end guest experience (approx. 30%): Own every guest-facing touchpoint—attract screen, menu browsing, item customization, upsell, checkout, payment hand-off, confirmation, and edge states—ensuring consumer-grade polish under fixed hardware and fluorescent lighting conditions.
Define and own the Kiosk guest product roadmap (approx. 25%): Drive measurable guest-funnel metrics (order completion rate, time-to-order, attach rate, average ticket size, abandonment points) by synthesizing behavioral data, restaurant visits, support insights, and competitive teardowns into prioritized product briefs and sequencing decisions.
Prototype, validate, and deliver design-to-code specs (approx. 15%): Build high-fidelity interactive and code-based prototypes to validate flows with real guests before development, delivering detailed specs (tokens, states, motion, accessibility) and conducting design QA on staging builds to enforce the design-code contract.
Architect and govern the Kiosk white-label design system (approx. 15%): Design and evolve a multi-tenant system that maintains visual integrity across hundreds of distinct restaurant brand identities, varied hardware types, poor assets, and internationalization standards (European Accessibility Act / WCAG 2.2 and multi-language/RTL layouts).
Leverage AI workflows and drive cross-functional leadership (approx. 15%): Supercharge research, spec writing, and ideation using AI tools to accelerate delivery from discovery to ship in weeks; bring engineers, PMs, and commercial leads across global regions to clear decisions; and mentor peer designers through pairing and critique.
What you will bring:
5+ years of experience in product design with an outstanding portfolio demonstrating visual craft, interaction design, and product thinking (experience in Kiosk, POS, in-store ordering, checkout, or payments is strongly preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical work experience.
Demonstrated product sense with experience writing briefs, establishing roadmap priorities, running experiments, and driving funnel metrics when operating with or without a dedicated PM.
Hands-on experience architecting and scaling complex white-label or multi-brand design systems, including working knowledge of EAA/WCAG accessibility and multi-language/RTL support.
Code-aware background with a strong understanding of frontend capabilities, technical logic, and performance constraints to effectively partner with engineers on technical implementation.
AI-native mindset, leveraging AI tools as a daily productivity lever for research, ideation, spec creation, and high-fidelity prototyping.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven ability to present ideas, negotiate scope trade-offs, align global cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor team members.

What We Do
Deliverect is a fast-growing SAAS scale-up that connects third-party delivery platforms and food businesses around the globe. We’re neither a delivery provider, nor a POS system - we bridge the gap between them. In order to help businesses manage their food delivery and takeout operations more efficiently, we integrate their food ordering channels in their existing POS. Deliverect integrates third-party food ordering platforms into the restaurant’s point-of-sale system, making rekeying orders and the costly errors that come with it a thing of the past. With all online orders centrally managed, businesses can increase operational efficiency, which will ramp up customer satisfaction, as well. Incidentally, Deliverect’s mission is to be the connection between food businesses and their customers in order to strengthen their relationship. The company’s software saves its customers time and money, so they can focus on doing the things they love and are passionate about.
