What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design strategy and execution across core product areas, aligning user needs with business goals and key performance metrics.
• Proactively bring new product ideas and innovative solutions to the table based on market insights and user needs.
• Architect, scale, and govern our comprehensive design system to ensure visual, interaction, and brand consistency across all platforms.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of design excellence, critique, and continuous improvement.
• Pioneer the integration of AI tools and workflows into the product design process to accelerate rapid prototyping, testing, and feature delivery.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics leadership to define product roadmaps, drive strategic initiatives, and validate solutions through data-driven research.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in product design, delivering high-impact B2C or scale-stage digital products.
• Advanced mastery of Figma, prototyping, motion design, and modern UI/UX design systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership, strong systems thinking, strategic decision-making, and measurable user/business impact.
• Experience shipping products on AI platforms and designing with an AI-first approach.
• Has worked directly under design leadership and cross-collaborated with other teams
