- Integrate emerging AI tools and generative workflows into your research, ideation, and prototyping processes to speed up decision-making and validate concepts faster.
- Conduct qualitative user research, evaluate player analytics, analyse heatmaps, and translate behavioral insights into frictionless user experiences for both novice and seasoned bettors.
- Maintain, scale, and evolve our Design Systems and UI component libraries, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and visual excellence across all touchpoints.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements, refine application logic, and work closely with developers to ensure accurate, pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Run A/B tests and leverage post-launch performance metrics to continuously optimise key conversion funnels, onboarding flows, and bet retention loops.
- Stay ahead of global iGaming trends, regulatory UX nuances, competitive sportsbook features, and emerging interaction design patterns in live sports.
