YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program, which will have a strong impact on the whole Edenred Group and its more than 40 Business Units, we are looking for a Senior UI Designer.
You'll play dual role:
Create the flows for our main BtoB Benefits platform
Overseeing, maintaining, and enhancing SmartER, our Design System, closely with Product, Design, and Development teams
You will integrate one of our Product Tribe of the Edenred+ factory, a Spotify-like product organization gathering 200 experts, from designers to product & tech, driven by the common ambition to create the future of the Edenred group for its Employee Benefits offers.
Your main challenges will be:
Product Design:
Pairing with the UX Designer of the Tribe
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX Researchers, Designers, and Product Marketing
Design mockups of the tribe's features, based on inputs & user insights, using the design system
Ensuring the quality of delivery
Participate in discovery phases, co-creation and co-design workshops of the tribe
Design System:
Document and maintain guidelines, assets, and processes to ensure consistency over time
Continuously evolve the Design System to address user and product needs, based on data insights and collaborating closely with Designers and UXR teams
Secure full compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and compatibility across various devices
Industrialize as far as possible the process of creating and updating assets with engineering pipelines
WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
You could be our next teammate if you verify the following requirements:
Proven strong UI skills, based on your portfolio
Always on top of the latest UI trends and Figma updates
Significant experience both in BtoB Product Design and Design System
Effective communication for uniting product teams, designers, developers, and other stakeholders around the Design System vision
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, matching well our 4 values (see above)
Written & spoken English (no need to be bilingual)
