- sCity customer experience (discovery, browsing, booking, tickets, add-ons)
- Ticketing flows across the app (purchase, seat selection where applicable, confirmation, access)
- Event-related workflows in internal tools (setup, management, operational flows)
- Payment and pricing flows within the sCity journey
- Improving clarity, consistency, and reliability across customer and internal experiences
- Iterating on existing systems using data, feedback, and real constraints
- Own end-to-end design of sCity features and experiences
- Solve complex, cross-flow problems spanning customer experience and internal tools
- Improve multi-step journeys, handling edge cases, operational constraints, and scale requirements
- Pay attention not only to structure and logic, but also to UI clarity, hierarchy, and visual polish
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in design decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writer, UX Researcher, and Product Design peers
- Use analytics, experiments, and feedback to evaluate and iterate on solutions
- Support design QA and ensure implemented UI matches intended behavior
- Contribute to shared patterns and raise suggestions to Design System owners when needed
- You have strong product design experience (typically 5+ years, guidance, not a rule) and are comfortable owning complex features end to end
- You enjoy working on products with many flows, states, and dependencies — and know how to bring clarity to them
- You care about UI quality and visual clarity, not just “making it work”
- You combine solid UX judgment with good UI craft — structure, hierarchy, and polish matter to you
- You’re confident designing both customer-facing experiences and internal tools
- You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and making trade-offs when constraints are real
- You can explain your design decisions clearly and collaborate calmly with cross-functional partners
- Experience with ticketing, booking, events, or marketplace-style products
- Experience working on payment-related or pricing flows
