Lead and deliver process improvement initiatives across operations, customer experience, and support. Map, redesign, and optimize end-to-end processes using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen. Define KPIs, track performance, apply VoC and data analysis, implement scalable improvements (supply, drivers, restaurants), coach teams, and drive adoption of automation and AI to reduce handle times and improve quality, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations: translate strategy into execution across SecOps, vulnerability management, incident response, application/cloud/identity security, compliance, reporting, and team leadership to ensure timely remediation and operational resilience.

Lead operational excellence across grocery e-commerce dark stores by developing KPIs, optimizing picking/packing/delivery workflows, reducing costs, and standardizing best practices. Lead the Qatar IT support team, manage ticketing systems and SLAs, provide hands-on escalation support, perform root-cause analysis, validate ticketing data, mentor staff, and ensure system uptime and reporting accuracy.

Own and execute end-to-end marketing strategy for the Groceries vertical and Snoomart Q-commerce. Drive GTM plans, customer acquisition, retention, promotional frameworks, and content calendars. Own end-to-end marketplace marketing strategy to drive awareness, acquisition, and conversion. Lead Commercial Finance as co-pilot to the CCO: own consolidated commercial P&L, build and lead a Commercial Business Finance team, define operating model, drive pricing, promotions, commission and partnership decisions, and translate strategy into targets, budgets, and actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead cross-functional AI adoption programs: identify high-value use cases, prioritize by impact and feasibility, run pilots to launch, enable teams with training and playbooks, measure business outcomes, monitor usage, promote responsible AI, evaluate vendors, and scale successful initiatives.

Lead end-to-end photo, video, and social-first production for Snoonu. Manage a small production team, plan and optimize production pipelines, direct shoots, oversee post-production, manage budgets and external partners, and ensure all content aligns with brand standards while adopting new techniques and tools to improve efficiency and creative quality.

Lead targeted acquisition of premium enterprise brands: prospect, negotiate commercial terms, manage end-to-end onboarding, coordinate internal teams, maintain CRM pipeline, and support initial account performance to ensure timely launches and strategic partner satisfaction.

Own and grow the Electronics category for Snoonu's first-party retail business: manage vendor relationships, negotiate commercial terms, source and onboard vendors, set assortment, pricing and promotions, monitor category KPIs, analyze market and customer trends, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and vendor performance.

Handle high-volume inbound calls and chats, assess and resolve customer needs, escalate and prioritize issues, build customer trust, meet service targets and quotas, follow policies, provide accurate information, and mentor junior team members while working rotational shifts.
