Support end-to-end employee lifecycle: triage helpdesk requests, coordinate pre-boarding/onboarding, manage immigration and documentation, maintain records and trackers, identify process gaps, and drive operational improvements with stakeholders.

Owns architecture, model serving, feature pipelines, MLOps, cloud deployment, reliability, observability, and incident response. Mentors engineers, coordinates with Product, Data Science, QA, DevOps, and Platform teams, improves CI/CD and engineering standards, supports recruitment, and productionizes machine-learning models across batch, real-time, and streaming environments.

Develop and optimize marketplace frontends using JavaScript and React.js. Build responsive user experiences with UI libraries, state management, data fetching, caching, and modern frontend tooling. Improve performance, minimize load times, write automated tests, and collaborate closely with designers and product managers. The role requires ownership, strong communication, and at least three years of professional frontend development experience.

Lead marketing BI and analytics: define and own core marketing KPIs, analyze acquisition-to-retention funnels, measure campaign and loyalty/subscription ROI, build dashboards, diagnose churn and cohort behavior, guide budget allocation and growth initiatives, and mentor junior analysts.

Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant partners across Qatar by serving as their main contact, supporting onboarding and training, resolving issues, monitoring performance, coordinating with internal teams, and driving campaigns and growth initiatives to improve partner satisfaction and platform adoption.

Lead development and productionization of time-series forecasting and optimisation models for logistics. Monitor vertical P&L and KPIs, partner with Product and Operations to improve in-app experience, and deliver performance reports and campaigns that grow GMV, frequency, and retention.

Lead the Qatar IT support team, manage ticketing systems and SLAs, provide hands-on escalation support, perform root-cause analysis, validate ticketing data, mentor staff, and ensure system uptime and reporting accuracy.

Lead end-to-end revenue recognition and partner settlement across Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman. Set accounting policy and controls under IFRS 15, manage reconciliations, settlements, cash-flow forecasting, ERP migrations, reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and stakeholder/audit support while developing a finance team.

Own end-to-end marketplace marketing strategy to drive awareness, acquisition, and conversion. Lead multi-channel campaigns, performance marketing, promotional mechanics, A/B testing, and channel pilots. Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Commercial teams, manage budget, report KPIs (GMV, conversion, AOV, retention), and scale best-practice playbooks for marketplace growth in Qatar.

Lead end-to-end photo, video, and social-first production for Snoonu. Manage a small production team, plan and optimize production pipelines, direct shoots, oversee post-production, manage budgets and external partners, and ensure all content aligns with brand standards while adopting new techniques and tools to improve efficiency and creative quality.

Provide inbound and outbound support to restaurant partners via WhatsApp, phone, and email. Guide onboarding, troubleshoot platform and payment issues, manage escalations, document concerns, coordinate cross-functionally, and proactively recommend growth tools to improve partner performance.

Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation: identify process inefficiencies, map current/future states, define requirements, deliver solutions (automation, low-code, cloud, AI), manage implementation through UAT and adoption, measure value, establish governance, and build the transformation team.
