The Senior Product Designer – My Account owns the end-to-end experience of Cytiva’s My Account platform — a critical global B2B transactional and self-service environment supporting orders, documentation, equipment management and product support journeys.
This position reports to the Senior UX Manager and is part of the Web UX team within the Marketing organization located in Kraków, Poland. This is an on-site role, with flexibility when needed.
What you will do
- Own and lead end-to-end product design for the My Account experience, from discovery and concept development through delivery and continuous optimization.
- Shape and evolve transactional and self-service journeys (e.g. orders, invoices, documentation, account management, equipment management, support flows) to drive adoption and reduce dependency on customer support.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap definition in close partnership with Product Management and Engineering within a cross-functional product trio model.
- Translate customer insights, behavioral data and business goals into scalable interaction models, system states and high-quality design solutions aligned with the design system.
- Define and measure experience success using product metrics (e.g. self-serve rate, adoption, task success, support deflection), independently leveraging analytics and experimentation to iterate and drive measurable impact, in collaboration with UX Research.
Who you are
- Long-standing experience in Product Design / UX, including work on complex web-based digital products (preferably B2B or transactional environments).
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end product design work (discovery through delivery and iteration) with measurable business impact (e.g. adoption, task success rate, reduction in support contact).
- Experience designing complex transactional and account-based experiences, including multi-state flows (e.g. orders, invoices, documentation, account management, permissions, system states).
- Experience contributing to product strategy and roadmap definition within cross-functional product teams (Product Manager + Engineering).
- Proven experience working with and contributing to a design system in a scalable web environment.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Designing accessible web experiences in line with WCAG standards.
- Applying AI-powered capabilities or designing AI-enhanced experiences (e.g. personalization, intelligent assistance, trust and transparency patterns).
- Working in scientific, regulated or technically complex domains.
