About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be DoingJoin our product design squads at OKX as a Senior Product Designer and become a pivotal force in defining the crypto experience landscape. This role offers you a unique opportunity to craft intuitive, trustworthy, and aesthetically appealing user experiences that set the standard in the rapidly evolving crypto industry. Your work will not only shape customer-facing designs that meet the needs of a global audience but also drive business-facing design practices that underpin strategic decisions and product development. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders, you will lead the charge in transforming ideas into design-driven solutions that resonate with users globally.
- Drive experience innovation on socially-driven and interaction-heavy feature, elevating user experience and foster meaningful connections—ultimately boosting user adoption and engagement.
- Partner closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers to define core problems and deliver user-centered design solutions—taking them from concept to polished execution.
- Contribute to the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research
- Collaborate closely with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design vision of your area of ownership
- Consistently elevate the quality of the design by soliciting feedback from peers and stakeholders through formal Design Reviews, presentations and by facilitating design thinking workshops

- A champion of innovation who brings fresh ideas to the table and solves problems with creativity and clarity.
- Strong critical thinking and design judgment—you can zoom in on micro-interactions and zoom out to shape holistic user journeys.
- 3+ years of experience collaborating within cross-functional teams at a tech company, shipping end-to-end design solutions that make an impact.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions.
- Experience designing for chat, social, or user-to-user interaction features.
- Motion design or prototyping skills to bring ideas to life and communicate transitions or microinteractions.
- Familiarity with design systems and the ability to scale visual consistency across platforms.
- Exposure to data-informed design—comfortable interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B test results.
- Experience working across time zones with distributed teams—you know how to stay aligned and communicate with clarity.
- A BFA or MFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related design discipline.
