The Role 

As a Senior Product Designer you will focus on developing our human-centered design process and shaping our strategy, will contribute actively to the development of the user stories, planning and execution of tests, reviews and will be fully responsible for product design driven projects.

Key Responsibilities 

• Shaping our human-centered design process and strategy as well as related tools such as personas
• Planning and execution of usability tests and usability reviews
• Evaluation of test results and identification of potentials for our products
• Development of user journeys, user experience and user interactions
• Project responsibility for product design driven projects
• Close collaboration within the product design team, product management and development

Key Requirements 

• Completed university degree in design, user experience design, human-computer interaction or comparable studies
• Good knowledge of research methods and the user-centered approach
• A keen sense of usability and user experience
• A strategic mind-set as well as customer and application-oriented thinking
• Enthusiasm for innovative technologies
• Fluent in German and English languages
