We are hiring a Product Designer to work with product and engineering teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new feature development across our mobile and web digital products.
- Design end-to-end experiences across Venn’s platform - resident apps, operator tools, and engagement flows
- Lead discovery, ideation, and validation through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs using Figma
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and component libraries
- Apply data insights and user research to inform and iterate on design decisions
- Ensure accessibility, scalability, and usability across all touchpoints
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with strength in both UX thinking and UI craft
- Experience working on complex systems, multi-user platforms, or operational tools
- Mastery of Figma and modern design tools; hands-on with design systems
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to lead projects independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
