As a Product Designer at groundcover, you will play a key role in shaping the product vision and direction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to create user-centered designs for our technical product.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure designs meet business and user needs
- Maintain design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency across the productCreate and
- Stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions
- 3+ years of experience in product design working with data-rich environments
- Experience designing for technical products or B2B software
- Worked in an environment with a design system
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving skills, and user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, AI
- Ability to communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Incorporate different AI tools in your day to day work
