Role overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Analyst to join our Product team. The Product Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing product performance, identifying market trends, and developing KPIs to measure success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by leveraging data-driven approaches to enhance our internal tools and dealer-facing web applications.
What you'll do

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance, including internal tools and dealer-facing web applications, to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and internal tooling stakeholders, to gather requirements and define KPIs for product success.
  • Collaborate with Business intelligence to develop and maintain reporting dashboards and metrics to track product KPIs and measure the success of product initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies based on data-driven analysis.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • work with product managers to support product roadmap planning and development by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform prioritization decisions.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and customer preferences to inform product strategy and innovation.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a mathematics-forward field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in product analysis, market research, or related roles within the tech industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools for exploratory analysis and presenting findings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with product management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally and driving product-related initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business priorities.
