As a Senior Product Associate in Chase Travel, you’ll drive product strategy and execution for a defined area of the digital travel experience, using data, research, and customer feedback to build new capabilities and continuously improve existing journeys.
Job responsibilities
- Owns and delivers the product roadmap for a defined focus area across web and mobile experiences
- Defines product strategy and priorities using business goals, customer research, and analytics
- Gathers, document, and clarify requirements across internal teams and external partners to align on outcomes and milestones
- Partners with cross-functional teams including design, technology, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, operations, servicing, and marketing to deliver product enhancements
- Leads product reviews and strategy discussions with leaders, using performance insights to evolve roadmap decisions
- Writes epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to enable effective delivery
- Runs experiments and iterate based on measurable results and customer insights
- Maintains strong understanding of user journeys and experience insights to inform backlog refinement and future enhancements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or digital product delivery.
- Experience with product lifecycle activities including discovery, requirements definition, backlog refinement, and prioritization.
- Experience writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.
- Strong quantitative skills and comfort using data to make product decisions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving progress through change

- Experience building or managing products in the travel industry
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Familiarity with experimentation practices (for example, A/B testing) and learning loops
