What You’ll Do- Design, analyze, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
- Define product KPIs, metrics frameworks, and support OKR tracking
- Analyze customer behavior data to generate actionable product insights
- Build dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics tools
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to support data-driven decision making
- Improve tracking quality and reliability of user behavior analytics
- Support product strategy and roadmap development through exploratory analysis
- Contribute to analytics best practices, knowledge sharing, and process improvements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics or a similar analytical role
- Strong SQL skills for analytics and data exploration
- Experience working with large-scale user behavior and transactional datasets
- Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools
- Experience with customer behavior tracking and analytics platforms
