An international transportation technology company focused on building scalable digital solutions for modern rail operations. The organization develops internal platforms and automation tools that improve operational efficiency, support business growth, and streamline complex processes in a fast-paced environment. 

Project Tech Stack

SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, QlikView, Matplotlib, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Snowplow, Segment, Airflow, DBT

What You’ll Do
  • Design, analyze, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
  • Define product KPIs, metrics frameworks, and support OKR tracking
  • Analyze customer behavior data to generate actionable product insights
  • Build dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics tools
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to support data-driven decision making
  • Improve tracking quality and reliability of user behavior analytics
  • Support product strategy and roadmap development through exploratory analysis
  • Contribute to analytics best practices, knowledge sharing, and process improvements
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics or a similar analytical role
  • Strong SQL skills for analytics and data exploration
  • Experience working with large-scale user behavior and transactional datasets
  • Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools
  • Experience with customer behavior tracking and analytics platforms
  • Ability to communicate analytical insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience driving analytics initiatives end-to-end in cross-functional environments
  • Strong problem-solving and data storytelling skills
Nice to have
  • Experience with Airflow, DBT, or data pipelining tools
  • Knowledge of machine learning, recommendation systems, or ranking algorithms
  • Experience working in rapidly growing product organizations
