About the Role:As a Senior Product Analyst – Real Assets, you will play a strategic role in shaping the direction of Citco’s Property Services business, supporting senior stakeholders and leadership team. This is a permanent position based in Hyderabad, India, supporting the growth of our Property Services line over the coming years.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Strategic Product Evaluation & Roadmap Planning
- Help develop product strategy documentation
- Evaluate market opportunities and risks
- Assist with roadmap planning and strategic initiatives
- Lead feature evaluation based on data-driven analysis
- Analyze complex product and operational data to identify trends and insights
- Build comprehensive dashboards and reports using advanced data visualization tools and key metrics
Product Feature and Lifecycle Excellence
- Lead user research sessions and identify patterns in customer feedback
- Prepare comprehensive research summaries with industry context
- Document current state processes and procedures; identify gaps
- Gather and document future state business and technical requirements
- Propose recommendations and assist with solution design
- Collaborate with implementation teams to test and validate solutions
- Oversee post-launch analysis and optimization
- Design and deliver training materials for end users
Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Present technical concepts effectively to various audiences
- Lead feature discussions and planning sessions
- Create compelling product narratives and presentations
- Facilitate project management and change management activities as needed
- Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders at all levels
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
5–8 years’ experience in Real Asset operations, technology, product analysis, or project management.
Familiarity with Real Asset operational tasks, structures, and technology platforms like Yardi.
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills; expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in a global, multicultural environment is an advantage.
Project and/or Product Management Professional qualifications are helpful but not essential
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Expertise in reporting and visualization platforms.
Knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Understanding of system integrations and dependencies.
Experience with SQL and data analysis tools preferred.
