We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Product Implementation Specialist) to drive end-to-end delivery of GRAVTY® implementations for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will lead requirement discovery, solution design, and product configuration while coordinating closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure seamless execution aligned with business objectives.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role in a fast-paced SaaS product environment—ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, structured problem-solving, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable customer outcomes.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for driving successful end-to-end implementation of GRAVTY® solutions across our enterprise clients. This role blends business analysis, product implementation, client consulting, and cross-functional coordination to deliver measurable business value and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Implementation & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end implementation of GRAVTY® loyalty platform solutions, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Configure loyalty programs and coordinate integrations with client systems for smooth deployment.
- Drive go-live readiness activities, including UAT coordination, release planning, and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively.
- Maintain structured project documentation and ensure adherence to SLAs and governance processes.
- Track implementation progress, effort estimates, and delivery metrics to improve execution efficiency.
Business Analysis & Client Consulting
- Conduct in-depth discovery workshops to understand business challenges, operational workflows, and strategic objectives.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Define measurable KPIs and success metrics aligned with client goals.
- Support feasibility assessments, solution design discussions, and effort estimations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending best practices in loyalty program design and customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Management to provide structured feedback influencing roadmap enhancements.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal product teams, engineering, and QA.
- Ensure transparent communication, expectation management, and timely escalation of issues.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Academic Background and relevant experience : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS/IT stream) complemented by an MBA with 2-5 years of relevant work experience is an ideal fit.
