Mission:
At JobNimbus, we believe that great products drive great growth—but only when we deeply understand our customers, their behaviors, and the opportunities hidden within our data. The Senior Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in helping JobNimbus grow revenue by optimizing product strategy and user experience. They will work hand in hand with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to transform data into actionable insights that shape product decisions, accelerate adoption, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive Data-Backed Decision Making – Partner with Product, Dev, and Marketing to uncover insights that shape our roadmap, features, and go-to-market strategy.
- Analyze User Behavior & Growth Patterns – Identify the leading indicators of adoption, retention, and churn to inform product optimizations.
- Build and Maintain Dashboards – Deliver clear, actionable visualizations that empower Product teams to self-serve insights and track key performance metrics.
- Identify Growth Opportunities – Surface untapped product opportunities to increase revenue, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Experiment & Optimize – Design and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates, engagement, and feature adoption.
- Storytelling with Data – Translate complex analyses into compelling narratives that drive alignment and action.
What makes you the hero for this job:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python for data analysis.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong grasp of product analytics frameworks (e.g., AARRR: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
- A curious, problem-solving mindset that challenges assumptions and uncovers non-obvious insights.
- Experience with customer journey analytics, A/B testing, and retention analysis.
- Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex findings for stakeholders at all levels.
