Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to lead a RFP initiative supporting enterprise emergency operations. This role will drive the end-to-end RFP process, including requirements definition, vendor engagement, evaluation, and executive-level recommendations to support the selection of a business continuity software solution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Continuity RFP process for the selection of a software solution
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating user needs into clear, structured technical and business documentation
- Develop objective evaluation criteria and scoring frameworks to assess vendor responses
- Manage vendor communications, including RFP Q&A, demonstrations, and follow-ups
- Conduct detailed analysis of vendor proposals and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business continuity and emergency operations needs
- Deliver executive-ready recommendations and findings to leadership to support informed decision-making
Requirements
- Proven experience leading RFPs, particularly vendor selection for enterprise software solutions
- Strong background working directly with vendors, including demos, evaluations, and negotiations
- Experience gathering requirements from business users and producing high-quality technical and business documentation
- Ability to scope, evaluate, and compare complex solutions in a structured, analytical manner
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership
- Experience supporting or partnering with emergency operations, business continuity, or disaster recovery teams is strongly preferred.
