Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst within ITG Enterprise Technology and Architecture, this role leads strategic innovation initiatives from discovery and ideation through prototype, pilot, and delivery execution. The Innovation Delivery Manager partners cross-functionally with enterprise architecture, product, design, engineering, cybersecurity, operations, clinical and business stakeholders, and vendor partners to define high- value opportunities, translate ambiguity into actionable plans, and drive delivery teams toward measurable outcomes that support the care and improvement of human life.
This position serves as a delivery owner and innovation facilitator for complex initiatives, using human- centered design, data-driven validation, agile delivery practices, and stakeholder engagement to accelerate innovative solutions. The role is accountable for helping teams move from problem definition to validated concepts, prototypes, minimum viable products, and scalable implementation paths while ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, architecture standards, operational readiness, and business value.
Responsibilities
- Leads strategic innovation initiatives from discovery through delivery, including opportunity framing, concept validation, prototyping, pilot planning, execution, and transition to product or operational teams.
- Owns delivery plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, decision points, and stakeholder alignment for assigned innovation efforts.
- Drives teams toward clear outcomes by defining success measures, maintaining delivery momentum, removing blockers, and ensuring work remains aligned to enterprise priorities and business value.
- Coordinates with architecture, engineering, security, data, product, and operational partners to ensure innovative solutions are feasible, scalable, secure, and supportable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, Design, or related field. Required
- Master's degree Preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, product delivery, innovation delivery, business analysis, project/program management, technology consulting, enterprise architecture support, or related enterprise technology roles. Required
- 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare technology, enterprise IT, product innovation, digital transformation, or complex cross-functional delivery environments. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, workstreams, prototypes, pilots, MVPs, or enterprise technology delivery efforts. Experience applying design thinking, product discovery, agile delivery, lean experimentation, or human-centered problem-solving methods. Experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, Design, or a related field
- Master's degree
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in technology delivery, product delivery, innovation delivery, business analysis, project or program management, technology consulting, enterprise architecture support, or related enterprise technology roles
