About the Role:
Hello Heart is looking for a curious and passionate Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Team in a full-time position. You will be the data leader within your group, driving data-informed decision-making and providing actionable insights.
Responsibilities:- Contribute to data-driven decision-making with our product team, influence product roadmaps and business planning, and report on outcomes.
- Leverage data to understand how users interact with our product and identify opportunities to enhance their success.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts using BI tools to monitor performance.
- Help define key KPIs and reporting frameworks for the business, and continuously track and evaluate results.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Software Engineers across the organization.
- 5+ years of experience with advanced skills in SQL, data analysis, and visualization.
- BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience.
- Statistical analysis knowledge and experience (advantage for R, Python, MATLAB, etc.).
Experience with product development, A/B testing, funnel analysis in B2C Apps – huge advantage. - Experience working with BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.).
- Data-driven. Lives, breathes, and dreams data and gets super excited to analyze complex data sets, come up with new insights and solutions.
- 100% independent with strong problem-solving abilities and a go-getter.
- Able to deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations to leadership and business teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and easily adapt to change.
- Strong in data project management skills – data hygiene, sanity checks, etc.
