  • Foster over-communication by recapping conversations, documenting decisions, following up on action items, and ensuring stakeholders are informed of updates in a timely manner.
  • Identify production risks, delays, and dependencies early; develop proactive solutions and flag blockers before they impact delivery.
  • Anticipate the downstream implications of changes to scope, timelines, priorities, or requirements and adjust project plans accordingly.
  • Conduct rigorous QC/QA reviews to ensure deliverables meet creative standards, technical specifications, and brand voice guidelines.
  • Demonstrate exceptional meeting preparedness by coming equipped with clear objectives, relevant context, and actionable next steps.
  • Manage internal teams and external partners to maximize efficiency, resolve challenges, and ensure all commitments are met on schedule.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and creative partners through clear communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
