Lead the motion design practice, mentor a team, shape creative vision, establish best practices, and explore innovative motion tools.

Manage end-to-end, high-volume email and communication design projects. Own schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams (design, copy, editorial, clients), track progress, QC deliverables, maintain documentation, proactively flag risks, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.

The Designer will create digital assets, collaborate with Art Directors, and contribute to conceptual projects while enhancing UI and motion awareness.

Design and define component behavior, states, transitions, accessibility, and cross-platform rules for a robust design system. Document usage guidelines, account for localization, and collaborate with UI designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure consistent, accessible components across devices.

Lead a multidisciplinary UX/UI/documentation team to maintain quality, consistency, and governance of an enterprise design system. Serve as client-facing creative lead, set documentation and QC standards, mentor designers, and balance strategy with hands-on review of components, tokens, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA).

Build and maintain high-fidelity design system components in Figma, manage design tokens and shared visual assets, support accessibility checks, draft release notes, and perform visual QA with UX and engineering partners.
