Mission:
Define and maintain harmonized tools for Direct Material, Aftersales and Raw material sourcing, ensuring corporate compliance, bringing Stellantis efficiency and robustness to select suppliers with the best global business case, covering all company's needs, while controlling business risk.
Main activities include but not limited to:
- Define and maintain Sourcing Processes for Direct Material, Aftersales and Raw Material
- Define and maintain Global Production Commercial (Direct Material) and Spare Parts (Aftersales) Regional Boilerplate documents
- Align all topics in the DMAS and PAFM team, between process and tool
- Develop and maintain global training documentation for Direct Material, Aftermarket and Raw Material sourcing processes
- Provide support to operational teams related to all Sourcing processes and GST (tickets, chat, emails, …)
- Stakeholder alignment Cross-functional and update processes
- Support audit findings
- Temporary GST Delegation Requests
- Support SOX Control Requirements
- Contribute to Process Mining studies
- Support GST enhancement requests
- Contribute to STARCO project (New sourcing tool Star Co replacing GST)
Labour relations:
- lead tools discussions with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
- able to interact at working level with peers, managers and directors; direct supervisor support may be required for interaction with VP and above
- able to effectively escalate process concerns to management of other organizations

- Process teams of ENG, CCLP, MFG

Preferred Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or closely related field
- 5+ years of purchasing experience or closely related field
- Strong communication skills and highly customer focused
- Strong fluency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Well organized, self-motivated, and resourceful managing complex situations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can effectively interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of senior management
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
