Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Delivery Lead to drive large-scale Analytics, Data Science, and AI engagements. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing complex, multi-program delivery portfolios and leading large cross-functional teams across geographies.
The role requires strong business acumen, delivery governance expertise, and the ability to scale advanced analytics and AI capabilities while ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Delivery Leadership & Ownership
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple Analytics, Data Science, and AI programs.
- Establish strong delivery governance, execution frameworks, and quality controls.
- Ensure predictable, scalable, and high-impact solution delivery aligned with business objectives.
🔹 Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and mentor large onshore/offshore teams across Analytics, Machine Learning, AI, and Data Engineering functions.
- Build and strengthen leadership layers including Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, and Architects.
- Drive talent strategy, workforce planning, and continuous capability enhancement.
🔹 Strategic Client Engagement
- Act as a senior partner to enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.
- Lead governance forums, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Build long-term client relationships and drive account growth through delivery excellence.
🔹 Practice Growth & Innovation
- Scale analytics and AI capabilities across industries and geographies.
- Standardize delivery models, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
- Collaborate with sales and solution teams for large pursuits and transformation programs.
🔹 Business & Financial Accountability
- Drive revenue predictability, margin optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure delivery health, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
- Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing engagements.
Required Experience
- 15+ years of experience with strong leadership exposure in Analytics, Data Science, and AI delivery.
- Proven track record of managing large teams (50+ / 100+ members).
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale analytics and AI transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to scale practices and drive delivery excellence at an organizational level.
