Job Description: eLearning DesignerJob SummaryResponsible for developing interactive Level 2 and Level 3 eLearning modules using authoring tools and implementing the learning experience defined in storyboard decks.
Job Experience- 6 to 8 years of experience in eLearning authoring and interactive course development
- Experience building enterprise or corporate training modules for global audiences
- Experience working with established eLearning vendors or digital learning companies
- Convert storyboard decks into interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools
- Build Level 2 interactions such as tabs, click-to-reveal, drag-and-drop, timelines, and quizzes
- Develop structured Level 3 branching scenarios using variables and conditional navigation
- Configure triggers, states, layers, timelines, and navigation logic
- Integrate multimedia elements including audio narration, video, graphics, and animations
- Configure assessments including scoring logic, attempt limits, and completion criteria
- Perform internal QA testing of interactions, navigation, and learner progression
- Publish courses for technical validation and SCORM packaging
- Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred background in Instructional Design, Multimedia, or related field
- Articulate Storyline 360
- Articulate Rise 360
- Adobe Captivate
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Understanding of SCORM fundamentals
