RESPONSIBILITIES
Our process management tool Stages is used by a large number of automotive, medical and aviation companies. You can expect to work on a wide range of topics relating to all aspects of modern software and system development. You will also drive innovation and work on international projects.
- As part of our team, you will advise our customers' business and IT departments on optimizing their process management
- You will adapt the configuration of Stages to the customer's requirements and plan/coordinate implementation projects for processes, methods and tools from the idea definition stage to modeling their processes and after-go-live support.
- You will advise your customers on the planning, installation and integration of the necessary IT infrastructure in collaboration with Stages Technical Support.
- You will support Stages Technical Support in assisting Korean customers
- You accompany and train the customer's end users according to their role profile.
- As a direct interface to the customer, you will provide new input for product management and strategic development as well as for product development with regard to adapting Stages to customer requirements.
- The long-term support of our existing customers and the acquisition of follow-up projects as well as new customers round off your role.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You convince us as a curious and communicative team player with a university degree in computer science/business informatics or a comparable qualification.
- You have experience in the field of software engineering as well as in project management and requirements engineering.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in the rollout of IT applications
- You are confident in taking responsibility for your consulting projects within multi-project situations.
- Experience in the analysis, design and modeling of processes is desirable
- In addition, your portfolio includes knowledge of common software development processes and their current trends, as well as your own development projects with JavaScript, XML, HTML and CSS, for example.
- Your profile is rounded off by your independent and solution-oriented way of working, your business fluent Korean and English skills and your willingness to travel.
