Job Description:
Responsible for executing Lean initiatives on a day-to-day basis, which includes creating future-state processes and metrics based on customer feedback to improve operational performance in quality, cost, delivery and safety. The role conducts data analyses, including gathering data, analyses and generating insights. The position facilitates and promotes the understanding and implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles and techniques. Senior Process Improvement Analyst Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
What You'll Do

How You'll Do It
- Leads process improvement initiatives (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Events, DMAIC/DMADV Projects, 5S/Visual Workplace Program, etc.) using Lean and/or Six Sigma tools.
- Conducts data analysis using Lean, Six Sigma, and other analytical tools to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Identifies and develops metrics for sustaining improvement initiatives and measuring business results.
- Works with leadership to maintain and share best practices as needed.
- Manages multiple process improvement projects at one time.
- Ensures solutions are consistent with organizational objectives.
- Builds relationships with all key constituents necessary to deliver project results.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management or Engineering or related
- 1+ years in Production, Operations, Leadership, Project Management, or related experience
- In lieu of degree at least 4+ years in Production, Operations, Leadership, Project Management, or related experience

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
