About the job
Join us as Senior Process Engineer based in Søborg to carry out process design of Oils & Fats Systems and edible oil refinery plants according to design guidelines and industry standards on development, standardization or customer projects. Key responsibilities:
- Together with the sales and Global Technology group generate mass and energy balance, main equipment list, specification of equipment, P&ID´s and functional design specifications.
- Lead and execute the process engineering activities incl. specification of components and instruments.
- Detailed design of the P&ID’s based on the Business Unit PFD’s and general process description.
- Clarify process strategy and requirements with Cost Estimate Engineer and customer.
- Participate in external meetings with customers to discuss/clarify process issues and engineering activities.
- Participate in commissioning and performance tests and assist in troubleshooting.
- Provide optimal process design and provision of detailed information to the bid team.
Who you are
As a Process Engineer, responsible to carry out process design of Oils & Fats Systems and edible oil refinery plants according to design guidelines and industry standards on development, standardization or customer projects.
What you can be
- Oil Technology / Chemical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer graduate, having relevant experience in process engineering in edible oil.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in process & engineering design & commissioning of plants with some support.
- Practical experience with process engineering & design (P&ID, Mass balance, Layout, Piping).
- Thriving in a cross cultural environment
- Good communication skills.
- Should be ready for traveling- approximately 8-12 weeks per year.
