Job Description:
Senior Process Architect (Supply Chain Center of Excellence)
Nextpower is building a scalable supply chain management system to improve customer reliability, simplify and standardize ways of working, and strengthen process- and data-driven decision making while staying agile through major changes, including ERP transformation and M&A expansions.
The Senior Process Architect designs and improves complex supply chain processes across Plan / Source / Deliver and key interfaces. This role develops practical standards, controls, requirements, and governance mechanisms that improve execution quality and scalability across regions and functions. This is a role for an experienced systems thinker who can independently lead complex process work, influence cross-functional stakeholders, challenge inefficient ways of working, and help build a culture of structured problem solving and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
Design end-to-end supply chain processes across Plan / Source / Deliver and key interfaces, making handoffs, decision points, constraints, and ownership explicit while improving simplicity and repeatability.
Define and maintain scalable process standards, including frameworks, SOPs, decision rights, escalation paths, risk mitigation strategies and KPIs.
Establish improvement or innovation objectives and priorities with stakeholders based on data-driven ROI, operational impact, risk, and business objectives.
Facilitate problem identification, knowledge sharing, and solutioning across complex stakeholder groups to drive alignment, decisions, and action.
Lead implementation for assigned process initiatives by managing dependencies, risks, escalation paths, success criteria, adoption/compliance KPIs, and corrective actions.
Lead defect elimination for assigned process areas through root-cause problem solving across process, data, system, and behavior, reducing dependence on workarounds through clear ownership and exception management systems.
Partner with Business Systems to translate process intent into data requirements, KPI definitions, quality expectations, business rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria while minimizing unnecessary customization.
Provide technical guidance and review on process architecture deliverables, helping peers and project contributors apply consistent methods, standards, and documentation practices.
What you’ll bring — Minimum qualifications
10+ years in supply chain process design, operations excellence, operating model, transformation, or related roles, with experience improving complex cross-functional processes.
Mandatory: Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken), other European languages are a plus.
Proven ability to develop operating mechanisms such as standards, decision rights, governance, controls, measures, and adoption routines that work across teams or regions.
Strong systems thinking, capable of seeing the operating models behind, and understanding how people, processes, data, decisions, tools, and constraints interact.
Experience working with enterprise platforms, preferably Oracle, and partnering with technical teams on process-to-system translation, requirements and acceptance criteria.
High data fluency, including understanding of master data, transaction flows, KPI definition, and practical data-quality controls in an operational context.
Strong influence and facilitation skills; able to align senior internal stakeholders without direct authority and advise teams on complex process issues.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of resolving risks, issues, and dependencies and delivering initiatives on time.
Experience leveraging analytics, automation and AI tools to accelerate process mapping, root-cause analysis, scenario design, documentation, and solution development.
What will set you apart — Preferred
Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent demonstrated practice.
Background in high-growth or large-scale transformation environments, especially involving major ERP or operating model change.
Experience with formal change management methodology.
Experience in a management role in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Product Management.
